Saluda Realty specializes in real estate development, brokerage, sales and commercial & residential construction. The real estate office was founded in 1985. In 1992 Saluda Construction was formed and in 1998 the two companies merged. In 1994 they became dealers of Southland Log Homes for South Western North Carolina and have since constructed approximately eighty log homes in addition to the sixty or so conventionally framed homes they have built.
Grier Eargle started at Saluda Realty in 1987 and has worked full time as owner of the real estate and construction business since then. Prior to that he was head chef at several Washington DC area restaurants. He enjoys gardening, landscaping, music, cooking and most of all, his wife and three children. He is married to Faith Ann Eargle.
Faith Ann Eargle joined Saluda Realty in 2005 as the bookkeeper. She obtained her North Carolina Brokers license in 2008. She worked in banking for 26 years before coming to Saluda Realty. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, running, gardening, cooking and her three young children and adult son and daughter-in-law.
